I mean. This dude should have made maybe $100k if he's lucky.

    Just unfathomable.

Well, he did make the league a bunch of money with the DirecTV deal.

Selig did bring baseball back after the strike, which was no small feat. Of course, he has Sosa and McGuire to thank for that, but he has most of the teams making money right now.

To give it a little perspective, he's a hell of a lot better of a commish than Gary Bettman is.

Oh and while Goodell cleans up the NFL's image? Selig is doing nothing. Just hanging out and kind of whistling in his office.

        Clown. $14MM? WOW.

Selig will go down as a black mark on the game of baseball. He turned a blind eye to the problems of the game just to make a $. The whole Balco, Giambi, Bonds, testifying before Congress because he couldn't clean up the game which was his complete responsibility and he blew it. Nevermind the All-Star game tie then follow up with it deciding home field advantage for the World Series now. Sure - the game has rebounded in terms of $ they are making but the game has been lost on the youth of America to basketball, football and even soccer.
