Vaclav Prospal is going back to Tampa Bay.
The Flyers traded Prospal's rights to the Lightning for Nashville's seventh-round pick in this weekend's entry draft and a conditional pick in 2009.
Prospal was a free agent and general manager Paul Holmgren said Propsal did not indicate he wanted to re-sign with the Flyers.
"Vinny really didn't express much of an interest in coming back and playing for us next season," Holmgren said. "His heart is elsewhere."
The Flyers acquired Prospal from Tampa Bay in February.
Prospal, 33, had four goals and 10 assists in 18 regular-season games for the Flyers. He added 13 points in 17 playoff games.
Prospal had 29 goals and 28 assists in 62 games for the Lightning prior to joining the Flyers.
