He was under 100 i think but they went with lidge anyway.
Probably best not to overuse Hamels and let Lidge get into a game with a 3 run lead.

Lidge is as good as they get but he scares the hell out of me. Now he gives up 2 hits.

This is a HUGE win for us because now there's not super pressure on Myers to beat Sabathia.
I think most people are expecting us to lose tomorrow with CC on the mound so hopefully the team can get loose and steal the game.

You know what really bugs me? When the fans boo an intentional walk of Howard. I mean, I realize it's what we do but it just shows their ignorance of baseball strategy.

I think that in the playoffs, as opposed to the regular season, you get a lot more unsophisticated fans and thus the inappropriate booing. But you're right, it is stupid. You expect that kind of shit from the mouth breathers in Atlanta.

That was an amazing performance - I didn't think he had it in him - I was definately wrong for wanting Moyer game 1.
I'm glad they let Lidge start the inning - I dont like him coming in during an inning with guys inherited.
