We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

I love a HC who is hands on instead of delegating everything out like most of them do.

Guys every year there are teams and coaches that surprise. There is always a young coach in the NFL that comes in and just shocks people with how good he does. Andy Reid was an example for us.

Why can Nick not be that guy? I'm missing what he is missing? Gannon also seems like an enthusiastic guy a la Ray Rhodes but maybe with a helluva lot more football knowledge.
You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

The main reason is Nick is stuck with no QB. Andy was running the show and and smart enough to draft McNabb with the 2nd pick when he was rated #3 and the other 2 played their way quickly played themselves out of the league. The 3rd reason is that Whoie absolutely blows.
