  • Monday it is back to the grind

24 hour rule during the regular season. One week rule after a Super Bowl win.

On Monday, I will begin looking at the draft, our roster, and how we keep this thing together. I'm sure Taz will be there providing great takes.

I'm enjoying this but I'm not satisfied.

Anyone see the video of Jalen and DeVonte after the game... Jalen said "we have some catching up to do."

These guys need to rest up and get ready for next year starting in about April. There is NO REASON why we can't start stacking Lombardis.
You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

Don't get carried away AW. San Francisco and Detroit got pummeled with injuries this year And Green Bay took quite a few hits. so did quite a few other teams. as much as I love the guy jail and didn't exactly carry us this year. there is a lot of luck involved winning a Super Bowl. we were very lucky on the injury front And we got a huge break when Washington beat Detroit and we didn't have to play in that dome. Somehow we almost let the Rams knock us off Tool. it's incredible how games can turn on a dime like that. A flag here, a dropped pass, a stupid turnover and things can really change a game in a hurry. If you lose your quarterback like Dallas did you're basically port for the season. I'm thrilled to get this one this year and I hope to see another one before I croak. I'm just happy I got a lot of Fly Eagles fly calls when I went to Costco yesterday Because I was wearing all my eagle gear!

60... absolutely agree 100%. But at the same time this team is well positioned moving forward. We definitely need to address DE and backup OL in the offseason. And make sure we maintain what now appears to be a good to very good LB core. But we are primed here. Let's keep the momentum going.

It's great when we can contend every year anyway and We are sure built that way. Probably the most Interesting thing that will happen this off season is what they do with Pickett and Mckee.

Good call on waiting til next week. I have a ton of thoughts. Including a free agent of ours that will be way overrated and we shouldn’t worry about losing.

but this week every Eagle is friggin awesome!

Yep need a few days to savor and digest and bask in the win but….. the NFL doesn’t wait long. These players will take a little time but they’ll be back working out before long. The days of sitting around until training camp are long gone. Need to find the next rookie crop to replace the departures
Winning the SB is damn tough. 32 teams out to kick your ass every week although realistically there are about five NFC teams to worry about in the end. But there are a couple Donn at teams. The Eagles are one of the domjj in May teams in the league. Other fan bases hate, just hate, that Howie and Co have put together this roster
60- I know you didn’t want to play Detroit in a dome. But the birds just beat the s*** out of KC who I don’t think has ever lost a playoff game in a dome. Our boys have some dome skill. I’m not afraid to see them play anyone.
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
            Hope is not a strategy
            RIP

That dome was 60% Eagles I think
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

                Easily...

RE: The Grind. Now comes the Combine (underwear Olympics) and Free Agency. Howie never sleeps.
