Per the Washington Post...
Jason Campbell (knee bruise) will start Washington's preseason finale.
Apparently Campbell told coach Joe Gibbs that he's 100 percent; what Gibbs said he needed to hear from Campbell before clearing him to start. Gibbs also said Tuesday that Clinton Portis (knee tendonitis) could've played in the last few preseason games and may get a few carries Thursday night.
