  • Who gets a thousand first

McCoy and Djax both sitting at 972.A betting man might pick Jackson because of the first strike effort by Vick and Jackson, but I'm taking Shady cuz I think the Birds are going to shock the gints by running the ball down their throats today.
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Funny....but with THIS team, for the first time in over a decade I agree with the philosophy of going pass heavy. With our QB and weapons, that's what makes us dangerous as hell.

However, we need to run enough to keep them honest, and if thier pass pressure is getting to Vick early, we have to go to the gorund more.

I think Jackson will be pretty hobbled today, so I will go with Shady.
Don't kid yourself Jimmy. If a cow ever got the chance, he'd kill you and everyone you cared about!

Don't forget you also have a top 5 RB on the team.

Hard to believe the man is avg 5.2 YPC. Hell the Birds as a team are avg 5.3.

If the Birds relied on McCoy more I think there would be arguments for him being no. 1.
