RIP to one of the original AFC coaches and owners.

Word is he said in his will that all of his 6 pallbearers were to run sub 4.4 40s.

    Just kidding...seriously RIP Mr. Davis.
You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

I would rather have had Davis than Lurie.

Davis would have fired Reid years ago

Davis is a towering figure in NFL history, don't let the last 10-15 years of declining relevance fool you.
Don't kid yourself Jimmy. If a cow ever got the chance, he'd kill you and everyone you cared about!

R.I.P. Al. Although I will always hate you and the Raiders for taking the 1980 Super Bowl away from us, I do respect the impact you had on the league... you fucking dick!!

Sorry that post may have been in bad taste but it's all I can muster for someone who took away the Super Bowl title I've waited my entire life for. I feel the same way about Bellicheat.

Can't say that I was a big fan of Al Davis, but he was a Syracuse alum and he gave a lot of money to the school - including building a locker room and a weight-lifting facility. So, for that, I have to say that I am sorry to see him go and I hope he makes it into heaven (if it exists).

Now that Blitz is back, is there any chance for Al?
