I watch FOX News quite a bit because I find it entertaining. I watch CNN a lot too (I'm Independent). Anyway, they are arguing once again about Obamacare and this guy claims United Health Care is leaving Florida because they lost a $billion funding mandated things by the administration "LIKE MANDATORY ELDERLY BIRTH CONTROL". O yeah, I'm sure those 3 women in their 80's still having periods broke their backs!!! No shit, the guy really said that!

They are all slanted. Especially the morning shows.

The bigger issue to me is that the ACA is a poorly structured law. It needs to be a major medical mandated plan for people that get hit by a bus or get cancer. It also needs to increase the funding given to support more Urgent Care facilities and to help the most qualified in the poorer areas of the country to get access to dollars so they can become doctors and then go serve their communities. The doctor shortage is going to be HORRENDOUS.
You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

Nobody, including Trump has the balls to tell the truth. People on welfare like the system just fine. The Republicans are running promising them jobs while the Dems tell them they can stay home for the same mopey. Until somebody comes up with some kind of plan that actually encourages people to work the welfare system will not change.

Some say that the increase in the minimum wage will have that effect....making it worthwhile to go to work rather than sit on the porch and collecting a check. I don't kniw, but something Need's to happen. Too few horses pulling the cart while everyone else is piling into the back.

Bring back the civilian conservation corps.
I read recently where a fast food outfit (Hardees I think but not sure) plans to have completely robotic restaurants before long. It is great for them but there go more jobs. Every industry does what it can to reduce human costs, i.e. jobs (look at the auto industry robotics) and then we bitch about job losses.
You're right AW. All of the shortages are going to hurt a lot. Need to completely rethink how we do medical care. Completely rethink
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
          Hope is not a strategy
