Courtesy Geoff Mosher - Andy Reid took over a 2-14 Chiefs team in 2013 and has since gone 38-19. Say what you want about Andy, but that's impressive.

They have won 17 of their last 19 regular season games. Best in the NFL!

Just makes me hope more that Dougie was a good student.

I'd love to see him get it this year. We're certainly not.

I'm afraid that Dougie's main function was going for Andy's "take out".

While we aren't happy with every play call. Doug is very much resposnible for where this team is right now. None of us thought we would be playing as well as we are.

Yes. After the Chip Kelly debacle, i am fully ready to give Doug my support, and some time to build this program.

I don't really have a problem with Barney...I mean Doug given that I was expecting with 5 or 6 wins for the year. That said, we have lost 2 or 3 close ones we certainly could have won with more solid decision making/play calling.

I do wish he would keep in mind on 4th and short that 3 pts beats hell out of zero when we have neither a power back or a reliable possession receiver.

After he really decimated our roster I'm so pleased to see his 9ers, who I generally pull for, REALLY shitting the bed. What a jerk off!

Not me, no way. I used to root for the Pats along with my buddies because they had never won a SB either. I got jealous as all hell when they won their first one. I've grown to disdain them now.

As for Andy I respected him and still do. But he let things go around Philly the last few years that he was here and made a mess. He started letting the tail wag the dog. It started with him ignoring and letting DJAX take a whole year off and turning his back on it and then defending him to management so he got a new contract when it was so obvious what was going on (remember him staring into the camera answering the question with "I'm tell you all DJ was all in" when it was so obvious to the whole world that he was loafing the whole game. On top of that he kept that moron OC Morningweg around forever. When he left Dodge he wanted no part of either of them when he got to KC. He never even granted either one of them a phone call when available. Not even a sniff!!! He changed his whole philosophy back to a balanced attack with good defense and it's been a winning combination instead of the crap offense he and MM ran here.

He's got everything going the right way in KC now and good for him, but I really feel like he learned on my dime. Maybe Banner had a lot to do with it, but he sure changed his whole approach once he left town. So no, I don't want him to win the friekin SB this year. After us sure, but not before.

Popper, the thing thst sunk Andy was his choices in regards to coach hinges staff. Remember the absolute chaos we had in the coaching ranks. There were some player issues, but the staff sank us. I don't know if the problems in his personal ifel caused him to let it get away from him, but it sure seems lkke it.

I'm not going to root for him to win a championship, but I do wish him well.

I remember them all too well Fresh. I appreciate all that he did for the franchise, but what just described is just another example of him learning on my dime. Hell, Pederson may be the same thing.

I'll tell you something else too Fresh. If Dougie Boy doesn't smarten up pretty soon he might have a short tenure too. Did you read where he wanted to go for it again at game time last week? I guess that it wouldn't have been the worst decision in the world, but Sturgiss has been money lately. I had no doubt that he would hit it.

Also, I would have had no faith that we would have made it on 4th after that call on 3rd down with the sweep that cost us a TD earlier in the game. I hope that he saw Tomlin's mess that he made Sunday. Doug made his point early in the year but it's time to back off for awhile. Being aggressive is one thing, but foolish is another.

I see flaws in his game, for sure. But I see some good stuff , too. He is willing to commit to the run game when he has an advantage there, Andy often did not. He seems to have a good connection with his players. He protects his players.....a lesson learned from Andy. He has hired some pretty good assistants. And I generally think he is getting the most out of a very limited roster.

Room to learn and GROW? Sure, and I think he will. On eof the last things his father said to him was to stay agressive. That has to be in his mind, and he is going to have to work thru that and apply it properly. But there is hope.
