RYAN RYAN RYAN!!!
Seriously though... Moats looked like he played more than well enough to secure a spot on the roster. In spite of his premature concession speech that he's on the bubble, might be cut, etc... He looked very good against the giants 2nd team players. 15 rushes for 65 yards, 4.3 avg and longest run 15 yards for a TD. Good job Ryan, and way to hold on to the ball. From the first touch he had, Moats certainly ran like a man who truly believed his spot on this team was in danger. He impressed me more than anyone last night, if not only for his sheer determination.
Mccants looked like he might have played his way into the 3rd receiver spot. (imho) Again, against the giants 2nd string, he looked great with his ability to leap. The catch he had down around the 2 yard line was awesome. He used every bit of his vertical leaping abilities and was at least a foot or more higher than the defender when he came down with it. His yards after catch, specifically on a catch in the middle of the field was nothing short of pure determination.
And AJ... He just might be listed as the number 2 QB on opening day. Garcia looked simply horrible, but AJ fell right back into the system and loked comfortable. 9/12 for 131 yards looks mighty impressive.
Honestly, Garcia looked the worst of all of the QBs on the field last night. I truly expected alot more from this guy during the preseason. For a guy who has played in 91 regular season games, he certainly didn't look like it.
