adding a bunch to the PS

now working out Perriman and others

does anyone worry that this could mean Alshon may be out longer than we initially thought? Or do we just need the depth anyway?

From who they are working out, I’d say depth. None are starters. Unless Perriman finds the ability that made him a first round pick. If Alshon was going to be out longer I doubt they’d keep him on the 53. I don’t understand Gibson. I know they were fake games, he still looked like he had improved. Then to only play 4 snaps. And make dumb mistakes on ST.

pretty telling IMO that no Dez. Thank god, I despise that POS. Wasn't sure about drafting Perriman where they did, not sure about his skill set

Despite his improvement I think that he's a slow blinker and still has his moments. I'm not sure that they trust him yet. Until Alshon can get into the weight room and get some strength back into that shoulder i don't think that we're going to see him. There's no info out there on him and they're now playing the Wentz card again. He's not going to be seen awhile IMO either.

Going thru PT I saw plenty working on shoulders. It’s a slow process.

supposedly they worked out Corey Coleman as well. I would give him a shot.

hard to tell, he's been in 2 organizations and they are both kinda fucked.

Maybe being here will change him. It won’t cost much to find out.

Coleman apparently visited NE also. I would like to give either him or Perriman a shot. Both guys were high picks and busted. But wasn’t Aggie almost a bust? Sometimes it takes a while.

                      DGB again?

Most likely Perriman and Coleman are DGB 2.0, but why not find out if they are not Aggie 2.0? What are the chances Markus Wheaton would not be available in 3 weeks if the experiment fails or that we would miss him in the meantime? Workouts and interviews are key. Some folks never realize they have shortcomings, but if Coleman / Perriman “get it” they may be worth a shot.

Looks like the Pats have signed Coleman. How dare they do that after Bryant just tweeted yesterday that he wanted to play with NE. Why can't people understand that all Bryant's actions flow directly from his consumely "love for the game". That loooove also prompted him to express a desire to play with AP in Washington if NE can inexplicably resist his unique talents.

Yet strangely, he's somehow left playing only with himself. What an incredible asshole!

Perriman was not in a good situation in Baltimore IMHO. Dropping Wheaton for him wouldn’t really matter. I was hoping for Coleman signing here and being able to play at an NFL level. He was a pick the Browns acquired for us getting Wentz. Call me petty.
