Giants | Shockey questionable Week 2
    Wed, 13 Sep 2006 12:04:48 -0700

New York Giants TE Jeremy Shockey (ankle) is listed as questionable for Week 2.

Shockey and Snee are both listed as questionable.

i doubt Snee will play. Shockey was limping throughout the Colt game, so he'll probably suit up.
Don't kid yourself Jimmy. If a cow ever got the chance, he'd kill you and everyone you cared about!

Without researching the specifics, it's my impression that Shockey has spent much of his career limited by minor dings. For a big, strong manly-man, Shockey appears to be a bit on the fragile side.

Maybe he needs to change his diet. A resumption of his inclination to "eat dirt after a loss", may be just what the Dr. ordered.

I want them all healthy when they are crushed. No questions then , just humiliation
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Could not happen to a better guy....Shockey is a true character person...

I hate Shockey. Here's to a grab by the legs, pull and twist if he catches a ball. I wouldn't mind his stuff near as much if he was really as talented as he thought he was. Or the media for that matter. Over rated. Cooley in Wash is better, Whitten is better.
