This kid might be there even if we pass on him: Hollywood Brown

That being said Howie more than not moves up in the draft

"When we look back and we look at our drafts, specifically looking at where we were in the 20's, we've had some good success at 20 and higher," said Howie Roseman, speaking at the 2017 Senior Bowl. "I think there is a line where you don't get a difference maker. This is your opportunity, in the first round of the draft, to find a difference-making player. That's our first priority, is bringing in a difference maker to the Philadelphia Eagles."

When I look at drafts I look at them in tiers. Right now I think this is a somewhat deep draft day 1 and day 2. Falls off pretty bad in day three.

      Right now I have this

      Tier 1 : 1-9 (Grades 9.5 or higher)
      Tier 2 : 10-17(Grades 9.0-9.4)
      Tier 3 : 17:21 (Grades 8.5-8.9)
      Tier 4: 21-24 (Grades 8.0-8.4)
      Tier 5: 25-37 (Grades 7.5 - 7.9)
      Tier 6: 38:59 (Grades 7.0-7.4)
      Tier 8: 60:76 ( Grades 6.5 - 6.9)
      Tier 9: 76- 145 (Grades under 6.0 -6.4)
      Tier 10: 145 (Grades under 6.0)

To put into prospective, the changes of players graded under 6.0 to make the team is about 20%.
Were from Philly F in Philly no one likes us we DON'T CARE!
