And Fox got waived to make room for him. With a DB getting cut it Sounds like good news then that Lito will be playing on Sunday.

If you guys remember in years past - the Eagles always do this. They have guys as fringe players on the 53 man roster and they convince other guys to stay on the practice squad. Every couple of weeks - they cut one guy and sign someone from the practice squad. I'm sure Fox will be added back to the PS shortly after clearing waivers. In doing this - each guy added to the roster gets a pro-rated portion of the league minimum pay I believe and by rotating guys - each gets to share in bigger pay days than they do on the practice squad. It's incentive to keep guys from signing elsewhere.

It might also validate the rumor that they are looking at signing another corner(Caroll)http://shop.cafepress.com/content/global/img/spacer.gifOK, let's try this again...

absolutely ChrisMal - I don't think they'd drop a DB unless they felt another was ready. This swapping out of practice squad players onto the roster has been common place for years and with Lito coming back, let the carousel continue.

But why Roper?
How is Dhani right now? Didn't he have a leg injury?http://shop.cafepress.com/content/global/img/spacer.gifOK, let's try this again...

One day after linebacker Dedrick Roper was promoted to the 53-man active roster, the player who was released to make room for him - cornerback Dustin Fox - was re-signed to take Roper's spot on the practice squad.
