  • Will you be happy w/ 2-1?

Over the next three? Obviously the loss coming to JAX because they're an AFC team and won't be needed for tiebreaking puproses.

Or are you greedy and want 3-0?

Me, i'll be perfectly content w/ 6-2 at the halfway point.

I expected to go 6-2 after 8 games so I'm fine with losing to Jax.

Ok with it. I think TAMPA and NO need to be W's.

I'm only OK with it if Jax is the loss.

When I first looked at the schedule I figured 6-2 at the bye but since Jax is pretty beat up and we're at home that weak we should win that game.I honestly think the NO game this weak will be tougher.Win on Sunday and we "should" be 7-1 at the break.Sure would be sweet!

Just give me ONE before I go!

2-1, 3-0, I don't really care that much, just stay healthy. I'd like to see Hood and Stallworth get healthy too, and take a nice healthy team into the stretch run and playoffs.

First, I just want the Birds to put the Saints game in the win column! This does not shape up as some easy game.

Next, I am deeply concerned with the Eagles' schedule in the 2nd half of the season. Those back-to-back-to-back road games are brutal. We also get to play Washington twice in a matter of 3 weeks. Add in the Cowboys game on Christmas Day and potentially, a desperate Falcons game on New Year's Day and the Eagles could be facing an uphill battle.

Therefore, I want to see the Eagles post as many wins early as possible. I want to see the Birds go 3-0 these next several weeks; they may need it later...

Just take it one win at a time, all the way to Miami.

Agree! Although I'm now more optimistic about the Birds chances during that 3 week road strecth in the division than I was 2 weeks ago, it will be bruising!!

So..."Gather ye rosebuds while ye may"

NO!...not those rosebuds! Get your minds out of the gutter!

Win this week and then i'll worry about the week after.

Right now that Jax doesn't look quite as tough as it did 3 weeks ago, IMO.

I will not be happy with 2-1. Jacksonville is very good, but we are better. Assuming normal health and all, we should be 3-0.

Why is it a given that we have to lose? Is there anyone we'e going to play that we can't beat?

it depends what is going on with the three division rivals. If they go 3-0 and we go 2-1...I'm not happy. But if they go 2-1 and we go 2-1....I may be OK with it

No. I'm never happy with a loss.
