Eagles Sign Hackenberg
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.Tags: None

He doesn't cost anything to try. Worst case he gets beat up, best case he actually figures shit out and they turn him into their own QB or they get a pick for him. I think he has some talent, I don't think the brain strength matches the arm, maybe a couple good QB coaches will help him. We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They need more than Callahan. Dude could barely see over the line! They need bodies especially if they are going to protect Foles more this pre-season. Hackenberg did really well under O'Brien who can develop QBs. I don't see it happening here but we certainly have the staff to coach him up.

He had some stretches at PSU where he was abysmal , but he was lights out on occasion too. He should have stayed in school. We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable.
