Ouch. Good luck to you NoDak.

I had a shoulder impingement scoped and it still hurts.

Nodak,

Getting old is a bitch but it beats the alternative...most of the time.

Your need of assistance with ass wiping reminds me of a comment an NFL color guy made during a Sunday broadcast some years ago. His name was Alex Hawkins...a retired HB/receiver from the then Baltimore Colts. If I recall correctly, he's talking about a player in the game playing with a cast on his arm and says, "For over a month once when I was playing I had both hands in a cast. You find out who your real friends are when you have to take a leak." The booth went silent. I laughed my ass off.

Hang in there and...consider maybe using a bidet for couple weeks.

Sorry to hear about your injury NoDak. On the bright side Lawrence Taylor is still broke and since he's retired from playing he has plenty of time & a need to hire himself out. I think you just found your next ass wiper!

Was in Disney for a few days and I know I shouldn’t be, but I was shocked to see the park completely decorated for Christmas - complete with Carolers strolling the park and Christmas music everywhere. I love the Christmas season but it was November 4!! What is it with the mad rush to Christmas? They literally took down every Halloween decoration and replaced it with a Christmas decoration.

I understand the size of the park and the cost to decorate it, but skipping fall completely and ignoring the one holiday that every single person celebrates regardless of faith, color or nationality is atrocious! Having a day of thanks for the blessing we have been given should be a focus for a place like Disney. Instead they skip over it in a rush for the continued capitalization of one of the Holiest days of the year. Sorry, this didn’t start out as a rant but it has devolved into one. I just wish we could stop the materialization of Christmas and spend a little more time focused on giving thanks for our blessings.

hear, hear couldn't agree more. I may sound like an out of touch old man but our parents handled Christmas just fine and there wasn't a sighting one of Santa until the Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philly. And even then he was the last thing in the parade. Hell, kids looked forward to Halloween (and mischief night in my area) and then looked forward to Thanksgiving Day with high school football, parade, etc. Now straight from Labor Day to Christmas with a bump in the road for the other days.
It is without doubt directly attributable to marketing fools and greed in my opinion.
Sad state. Good post
