It was great to hear all the chants for defense when the Birds were backed up against the goal line.I turned the volume up cuz I figured i was hearing things.
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.
it's nice going to another stadium in the opposing team's jersey and not have to worry about getting a bear dumped on your head. i would never wear an eagles jersey to a raiders' game.
yeah stevemc, he did have his eagles helmet on. He's got TO on the nail now I think. I'm terrible at estimating crowd size but I don't think it was anywhere near 10k.
I tell you the Niners fans are so much better than the Raiders fans. Although I never got a BEAR dumped on my head at an Oakland game either.
Vin,
I don't know the section, just that he was 16 rows up and behind the goal post. He said they were doing the EAGLES cheers the whole game. He even told me plays while they were happening, so I was posting a couple plays before they were seen on TV (nobody noticed this when Dawk went down or they scored).
