Default NBA Is Heading Towards the NHL

I am starting not to care after being a diehard. The cap situation and guaranteed contracts have ruined the sport.

Been saying it for years.

The owners of that league have to take back control. Otherwise they will never ever have a viable national product again.

It happened to Hockey, they are now a niche sport, and Basketball is headed that way.

NBA attendance is going up, it's a stars league, maybe a little bit more competetive balance, more teams having a chance at a title and such would help. Expansion was bad for the game, combined with ESPN and highlights ruining the way the game is taught.

The problems with the NBA game go all the way back to the AAU stuff.
