  • Eagles after Mike Doss

Adam Schefter reported on NFL Network that the Eagles offered Safety Mike Doss, and he declined. Andy Reid has since contacted Mike Doss, telling him that he wants him in Eagles green. The two sides are trying to come to an agreement.

I loved Doss when he was coming out and despite his recent past I would still love him here

Nah Lewis is a better player, Doss at this point has to be considered a backup.

If it true that AR wants him that badly I doubt he will be a back up.

I like Doss alot and think this would be a good move....

A random connection I am sure, but NFL Network aired several months ago a show about Dr. Andrews and his rehab process...guess who was there at the facility rehabbing and laughing/joking with each other?

              McNabb and Doss.

I'm in the same boat. I realize that since he moved to the NFL, he's basically been Michael Lewis without the pro bowl season. But he's a Buckeye that I loved at OSU, so I want him as a reclamation project.

do we have to trade up again?

and did we offer this guy anything more than the league minimum?
