Actually this game showed how bad the coaching was. 50-50 pass run ratio. Under Carson it was close to 70-30 pass run. The running game is a QB best friend. Also the coaches benched WIZ who is clearly a better guard than Seumolo. He Kelce and Brooks silenced Donald. Seumolo would have gotten beaten like a drum.
Were from Philly F in Philly no one likes us we DON'T CARE!

This. Plus some plays they ran in the first half had not been seen in a long time. A good game plan. Commit to the run and stay with it. Got away from it when 3 points would have been big. Nick throws a pick. Maybe the coaches will learn to coach instead of relying on Wentz to do it all.

      • not sure about not seeing some plays, but Nick threw it up and gave guys a chance to go get it. Wentz doesn't do that much
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

        • Not to put a damper on things but the Rams really do have a great team but they handed it to us in some ways. The butt fumble by Goff was the point difference and the no contact punt fumble with 3 minutes left might have been the game saver. We might have just scared them to death yesterday lol!

          • luck is sometimes a reflection of momentum. Been so long since we had positive results. We played better, we were in charge and things swung our way

Missed XP last week. A few bad kicks this year. Nothing wrong with competition.
Greg the leg, Jason Tucker Adam Venitari don't missed that kick.

I'm not sure that you could find a better replacement for him though Rob but you're right about the competition. Prater missed a couple yesterday too and Pitt's kicker Chris Boswell nearly cost them the game against the Pats.

Probably not. But man it seems kickers have been brutal this year! How many games did Crosby cost the Packers?

Yes and it's so tough to break in a rookie at that spot because kicks are such a vital part of the game that you're afraid to test out an inexperienced guy.

the kicker in a town like Philly has to be the most stressed guy after the QB. The NFL got what they wanted when they moved the extra point back. The problem kickers have is that a handful of guys are otherworldly and that is the expectation in the league. You can't keep up with the top guys, you're going to move on down the road as they continue to hunt for that automatic guy.
