  • Wiz--- ????

Anybody really know anything about his status-- is it injury or something else?????

I did see somewhere Spadaro said he was day to day with an ankle injury. Who knows what that means......sprain, rolled up, high ankle, gout, whatever
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
    Hope is not a strategy
    RIP

Barrett Brooks said he left the game in the first half with an ankle injury
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Yes, he left the game with an ankle injury. Soon after it happened, they announced that he would be PROBABLE to return, and the TV guys said he was on the sideline with his ankle heavily taped. However, he never returned. They played a couple series with Warmack who was a turnstile. Then they pulled him and played the remainder of the game with Saomalo who wasn't much better than Warmack.

Wiz didn't practice today. If he's not healthy, it's going to make it a struggle unless Saomalo suddenly decides he's going to live up to expectations.

Give Beatty some reps! I think he has played guard in the past!

Doug said yesterday (Wednesday) that expected Wiz "to practice today" and was optimistic that he would be ready for Sunday's game. However, he did not practice yesterday after all. ????

It's hard to believe that Warmack is that bad. He started a bunch of games for us and did a good job. It's really looking like Seumalo was a miss. That's hard to believe when they had so much time to prepare and everyone knew that we needed a guard. I remember watching a couple of his college games on Youtube and saying to myself that all this guy looked like was a fat guy running around.

That's good news (I think). No sense pushing him. I'd rather see him 100% for Oakland if he's hurting.

he got spiked and it pissed him off. He destroyed a garbage can and threw open a door, but returned a bit later. Funny video of it going around.
