The best thing is to send a message to that email address. I'm pretty sure what they are looking for is parking (pretty self explanatory, you will be directing traffic within the parking area) and camping field volunteers (you would basically be patrolling the fence lines looking for jumpers).
I'm an office manager for the Kamping committee (Yes they spell camping with a k). And because I'm senior staff and have been volunteering literally my entire life, I get to do my shifts during pre-fest. I will actually be going up to the site Saturday and will be done working on Wednesday so I can party all weekend.
