Steve Smith tosses helmet in practice tirade

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. showed his frustration during Thursday's practice when he tossed his helmet and then kicked a football, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

The outburst came in the first hour of practice, after Joe Flacco overthrew Smith on consecutive deep passes along the sideline. Smith ripped off his helmet and threw it about 15 yards toward the end zone. He then booted a football that was on the ground.

Smith walked to the corner of the indoor facility and sat by himself. Flacco and the rest of the offense never stopped, continuing the passing drills without Smith.

The media viewing portion of practice ended, and reporters left the practice field.

      See dick run.
      See dick get overthrown.
      See dick throw helmet.
      See dick sulk in corner.

Maybe he's getting better. A couple of years ago he would have pummeled Flacco until he was half dead.

He's always looked and acted like a guy that was on the juice. His muscles are abnormally large and his neck is puffy.

He's just a mean bastard that would have ended up in jail if it weren't for football.

Hated And still hate Ray Ray, Smith is the only guy on the current team that rises to that same hatred level. Always have.
