![]() I'm not and I'll tell you why..
- Injured briere and hartnell and we don't know how healthy Giroux is - They did not replace Jagr - The overall youth...these are very young guys (Coots, Schenn etc) I'm willing to give them this season, b/c it is a unique shorten one. If these same guys go through a full off season and training back and come back next season and stink; then I will have some conern and look into trading guys. |

![]() It's too bad they missed out on Weber, as it had a chain reaction in that they felt the need to trade Van Riemsdyk for Luke Schenn.
Right now, those are the two big holes: a No. 1 defenseman and a scoring winger. They are playing better now, but I don't expect a Cup run this year. I would just like to see them stay patient and let the young talent develop. I agree that this year, you can just write off.
