Howie Roseman and Joe Douglas The Philadelphia Eagles have made some changes to their scouting department, according to an official announcement from the team.

The Philadelphia Eagles have hired Ian Cunningham as the team’s director of college scouting, T.J. McCreight as a player personnel executive, Brandon Brown as the club’s assistant director of pro scouting, and Matt Holland as a pro scout. Additionally, Trey Brown has been named player personnel executive college/pro, Jim Ward was named the team’s Midwest area scout, and Katie David was named football operations coordinator.
The most notable hire seems to be Cunningham, who spent the last nine years of his career with the Baltimore Ravens. Cunningham has clear ties to Eagles vice president of player personnel Joe Douglas and assistant vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl. Apparently he had a role in the Ravens drafting C.J. Mosley a few years ago. McCreight also has some Baltimore ties.
These new hires signal the increased influence Douglas holds in the organization since being hired by the Eagles last year. The Ravens are considered to possess one of the NFL’s best talent evaluation staffs, so hiring some of their personnel doesn’t seem like a bad idea.

We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Katie David was named football operations coordinator

I wonder what a football operations coordinator is?
    "Hey Giants, who's your Daddy?"

She was executive asst for player personnel so my guess is this is just a little bump but she is still involved in player personnel.
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
      Hope is not a strategy
      RIP

I like that we seem to want to build the scouting department into something special. The only way to keep a team in contention is to draft well , we finally seem to get it.
