OT-Jets Coaching Staff Turnover

This appears a bit unusual to me, the amount of turnover on the Jets staff. Guys just leaving. Some being shown the door...Schottenheimer, Ellard and now Callahan, who leaves to take the same position with the Cowboys. (Didn't hear that they suck, I guess.) Team Turmoil?

They offered Callahan an extension "several times" and he kept turning them down -- sounds to me like no one really likes working with Rex!

I liken coaches to umpires and referees. While I am not a proponent of players grandstanding, the game should be about players greatness and the PR they create from their success. Rex is always the Jet in front of the cameras. This creates a circus that detracts from players realzing more camera time and possible endorcements as well as a distraction from coaching and preparing for the game. i think the wrong change is being made, but that is to be seen.
