Funny you ask, I was just looking at this last night, and Samuel and Justice in particular. Samuel because he probably represents the biggest savings from a player who you might want to get rid of, and Justice because he has the biggest cap number of any non-starter. I was puzzled why he couldn't even beat out King Dunlop, even though Justice is the mobile athletic type of lineman Mudd should want. When he did play he didn't seemed hampered by injury from what I could tell. He's slated to make more than Trent Cole this year who will earn $4 million.
Justice = $2.3 million
Samuel = $7.5 million
Jackson = $1.9 million
