I guess that I do ND. He makes just as many bad plays as he does good ones. I think the thing that really made me take notice is when the Birds gave him a transition tag with a #2 with it. WTF??? Who is going to give you a 2 for Burton? Hell, who is going to give you a 5? What is a 3rd team TE who is a good ST player make these days? Everybody but me sees him as Celek's replacement like it's etched in stone. Why? I just don't see it. He's just another inconsistent run of the mill guy like most of the receivers that we had last year. I don't think this rugby guy is going to just come in and set the league on fire, but snatching a fat round rugby ball out of the air between 2 players running full speed with a one hand backhand ala Beckum was sure some kind of play.
