Westy might get scoped this week
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.Tags: None

the brian westbrook health watch is getting very draining.
FWIW, i think this week was the first week where westbrook's extended time off from practice began to have an impact. didn't look like the game plan revolved too much around him. dont recall seeing him split out wide at WR much at all.Don't kid yourself Jimmy. If a cow ever got the chance, he'd kill you and everyone you cared about!

Get him healthy, no matter what........."Philly fans are great....It's the only place where you pull up on the bus and you've got the grandfather, the grandmother, the kids and the grandkids - everybody flicking you off. At other stadiums, they give you the thumbs-down. Here, they give you the middle finger.”

Was he pulled from the game and I didn't notice?
Did people see him limping?
Unless the knee swelled up big time during the game SOP is to see how he is the next AM after a night of ice and other treatments I am sure they have.
To commit to surgery now would not be a good sign. IMHO. We could lose him for 4-6 weeks or longer if there is more damage then seen thru the scope that is not seen on MRI.

but you get him back for the tough stretch drive. i'm in favor of scoping him and giving him a month off if it fixes this problem.Don't kid yourself Jimmy. If a cow ever got the chance, he'd kill you and everyone you cared about!
