  • A funny thing happened during the game last night.........

    Freaking uncanny.

Every time I started feeling positive....we'd screw up. There were two times when I had written something positive, about the defense and their run D improving, etc, when I never even got to hit the SUBMIT button. Because before I could hit it, we'd let a big play go.

    EVERY DAMNED TIME!

    I swear, I felt like I was cosmic-ly connected.

I think the worst was right before the half. We got the ball around our 40 with over a minute left, and I was thinking, we can get in FG range and grab a lead before the half....you know what happened next.

So I begin to write them off.....Dawkins pick, great catch by Donte, Westy with The Silly!, and the best bailout of them all, Lito, Oh Oh OOOHH!!!

Oh the drama..... This team sure knows how to play with my emotions.

Anyway, we Stink. We won't win another game. Trotter is washed up. Rod Hood couldn't cover my dead grandmother. Garcia can't throw the ball over 5 yards. Darwin Walker should be BENCHED. Dhani is only good as a tie rack. Omar Gaither won't make any difference. Buckhalter can't pickup the tough yards. Stallworth has bad hands attached to alligator arms.

And all their mommas wear combat boots.

Dhani is just godawful. What does it say about JJ that he continues to start? And why does he never get hurt?

I actually thought we would lose the game at the end when we got stupid and conservative on that last drive that ended with a FG. Westbrook QB sneak? wha? Then a run on 3rd down? IMHO we should have been more aggresive looking for that TD. Especially the way our front 7 on D started to play.

ST's coverage has been awful this year as well. Akers kickoffs have been average, but we cannot get through a wedge quick enough to save our lives

every time our O scores, our ST's and D blow it. It's maddening

To get hurt, Dhani would probably actually have to hit someone. LOL!

STs last night was putrid, on both coverage and returns.

That's it, keep up the negativity. I think the reverse mojo is working!!!!!!

I still think JJ gets outcoached and outwited by opposing QB's

I also think he struggles with talent evaluation.

Why not more Bunkley? Why no shot at all for Daniels? Why continue with Howard at DT?

If it were up to me I'd move Cole to LDE. Howard to RDE. Walker and Patterson would start at DT, but I'd rotate in Bunkley and Ramsey would have the truck drivers spot. McDougle and Bunkley would never be side by side on the field.

I mean, can some of these roster moves result in any worse from the D?

I felt sure we were going to see a lot of Bunkley last night.

Per haps Andy was planning on bringing him in off the bench, but when teh run D looked pretty good early, he decided to stick with what he had out there?
