SOunds like good news for the Eagles here. My FFL news service is reporting that the Eagles are pretty much ready to go. Other than Sheppard, Thomas Tapeh is the only player who's status is uncertain and they think he'll be ready to play. If he can't Bucky will take over as FB. Willy T, Moats, Gaither, Trotter and Lewis are all listed as probable and are expected to be ready by game time. So it sounds like the Eagles are in good shape.
On the Saints side, Joe Horn is officially listed as questionableand will be a game-time decision "but we're told he's more to the doubtful side at this point. The team is concerned that if he plays, he could be limited in the game and they'd rather use his spot for a special teams player or a player at another position.
