Right? So, the Eagles are playing the Cowboys in Week 16. I've been following this team since 1987, and I honestly cannot remember, ever, a game in which both teams are better served by losing. In fact, the loser wins. I'd rather have the higher draft pick than a meaningless victory against a crappy Dallas team.

I never want to see a team of mine roll over. If we play and get outplayed and lose, so be it. But I want to win every game, but beating the Cowboys is worth any draft spot we give up
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Said it many times (over frankly way too many years), I never ever root for the Eagles to lose,,,, throw in that it's the Cowgirls? It becomes even a bigger wish that we get a W. That said, as long as we play well, and if we happen to lose, I will not sulk around depressed until the next game!
