  • Our Updated Covid List

looks like a lot of fun this week

Fletcher Cox, Jason Kelce, Dallas Goedert, Rodney McLeod, Avonte Maddox, Alex Singleton, Nate Herbig, Boston Scott, Genard Avery, Jordan Howard, Marcus Epps, Jack Stoll.
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Good thing this game is meaningless. I wouldn't bring back any of them. Bring in the entire practice squad plus Joe from Wawa for all I care
Were from Philly F in Philly no one likes us we DON'T CARE!

The Cowboys have said they are playing to win. I’m good with that.

play Dillard and play Minshew. Play Kerryon Johnson. Play Reagor a bunch. Play Bradley at LB if he is healthy. Play McPherson and sit Slay obviously. Play Ridgeway and sit Cox and Hargrove. Sit Goedert and throw it to Tyree Jackson.
You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

They have 750 CB they should sit Slay, Nelson and Maddox. LB is a different story. Not sure if they have any on the practice squad but they are light at the position right now. I think Ellis might still be there. The starting d line should be on the bench. Lots of Maulinex, Jackson, Ridgeway and bring up Marvin Wilson from the PS. Some Kerrigan Dillard, Opeta, Dickerson, Anderson and Toth should be the starting offensive line. Reid Stennet would be at QB, Jason Huntly at RB, Reagor, JJaw and Hightower at WR plus bring up Rodgers from the PS and play him at TE

So I have a different take as usual. Win or lose at Dallas is t my primary concern. Anything can happen in the playoffs and that is the key. Get in and see what happens. But realistically this isn’t a SB team. I think Hurts and Smith and Watkins and Goedert and Scott and whoever can use the game experience playing Dallas. I get tired of hearing about injury. They can get hurt walking down the street. I’d rather see Hurts and this team getting more experience for next year. Kelce, fletcher Cox I can understand but these young guys can use the game IMM

NoDak… I see it your way too. I really do.

I think he will sit the starters though. He has held back all year… preseason. And he held guys out that maybe could have played.

I will have no complaint either way.

Sit’em all. Experience against a Dallas team that has nothing to play for is akin to a preseason game and means about as much. Yes, it’s possible to get hurt walking down the street, but the odds are a lot higher if you get hit by Parsons.

First off I’m not sure Dallas is going to treat it as a preseason game. Secondly so what if they get hurt. Will the SB aspirations take a nose dive. If I am the Packers or TB I am looking at it differently but with this young team and young coaching staff I say don’t take your foot off the gas.
I understand worry but I just disagree

I don't think the team will rest anyone, their mantra is to stack days, stack wins. I think the game is important to their development

Seeing as though they can't even do walk through this week I think that I'd just as soon treat this game like a glorified exhibition game. Hell, I'd rather just forfeit the game and put the team in a bubble until their playoff game. I want us as healthy as possible to see what we can do against a good team instead of the crap we are sliding by for the last 6 games.
