Traded to Seattle for S Ugo Amadi
We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

Wow. Traded nothing for.....maybe something better than nothing.

I thought for sure he was going to be cut.

Sounds like a great deal. He's a 3 year starter on a good Seattle defense. Here is his summary:

Eh. He has played three years and even started 12
game which is more than JJ gave us I guess. Seattle was
going to cut him and we were going to cut JJ so I guess it is pretty even. He is versatile at slot and safety so maybe he beats out one of the safeties for a spot.
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
        Hope is not a strategy

That's pretty good isn't it? And where did you get that he only started 12 games. That's a lot off tackles for not starting.

From a Philly voice article. Over three years he played in 47 games starting 12. Last year he played in all
17 games and started 7. They were getting ready to cut him but I certainly would rather have him than JJAW. He is versatile and stands a chance to have an
            impact.
