Will it bother me to see Westy, Dawk, etc., with those pained looks on the sidelines. Yes it will, but I will keep my eyes on the prize.

I will still watch every game because this is my team and that is what I do.... watch Eagles game. But I can hope for losses.

McNabb's rookie year we started him the last 6 games I think and played pretty well in most of those games. In fact, if you remember, we beat the Rams in a very late season game. It didn't really do anything to our draft status but it did give us something to build on for next year.

Truly, I'd like to see us lose this week. Please don't ban me from Eagles nation for saying that. I think we will go 1-2 in our next 3 games. After that loss to the Pats after thanksgiving, I think we will really go young and hopefully for the last 5 games Kolb gets the nod.

The game I really want them to win will be Dallas because it is the type of game they could build on for next year with some young guys playing well and spoiling it for Dallas.

To me though, there is a lot more than just a high pick on the line. We could get the last place schedule instead of Washington. That is a big deal because it would mean an easier schedule next year for us. That is a big deal and played a part in our success last year.

I am all Darren McFadden all the time at this point and if that means going 4-12 than so be it.
If they actually get a top draft pick and take McFadden I will be incredibly pissed. Taking a rb with a top 10 pick is a complete waste. Add to it the fact that we already have the 2nd best RB in the league and it's just flat out retarded.

Back on topic, as a fan I guess it's acceptable to root for losses, although I would never do it. However, to say a team should purposely tank games is just setting a bad precedent and is a losers mentality.

Reading thru this thread has changed my mindset a bit. The more I think about it, th more I realize that there is litle benefit to come from losing games. So I may as well root for wins. It's cool that yous guys can change my mind.

I am on the fence. I'm basically just rooting for a change... cause this team sure as hell isn't getting it done.
