    Re: Schedule Announced

Not a bad schedule at all especially travel wise.Four games vs the NFC South equals at least three wins. The AFC North should at least be 2-2,probably 3-1.In the NFC East is payback time so when I add it up it looks like 12-4.
BTW best thing about the NFL Network doing games this year is that Bryant Gumble will NOT be in the booth.Collingsworth is bad enough but Gumble was PUTRID.

I like the fact that we play Dallas at the end, if we're still in it you can't ask for a more climatic and meaningful game at home no less. Hadn't really thought about the 2 giants games, it depend's if you catch them on a roll or a slump though so it could be good or bad.

Compared to dallas's schedule the 2 differing opponents for them are TB and GB, where we play Chicago and Atlanta. you never know but I think TB and GB would be the harder 2 games.

        Re: Schedule Announced

Tough to gauge these things. Not happy with Dallas-Pittsburgh early in the year, especially with how we tend to start slowly, but you never know. I also expected GB to be a gimme game in 2007, and didn't expect the Saints to be any good in 2006.

I'm hoping that Wade Phillips will give the Pukes another Camp Cupcake, and assistant coach Terrell Owens will help them have their team all-too-loose by the start of the season.

You guys with your 16-0 predictions are ridiculous. There are so many variables that it's hard to judge which teams are going to be good and which teams aren't. Clearly we're only going 15-1.

          When can we buy ticketsssss?!

Agreed...but, I'll probably watch the game at home...right after my post turkey feast nap.

              Re: Schedule Announced

Come on, one Thanksgiving is a lot like the other. Whereas it is not very often you ahve the opportunity to tailgate through the Thanksgiving afternoon. Deep fried turkeys or put em in a cast pot and smoke them as your change of pace tailgate food. Hot wings (turkey of course) and I'm sure a crowd could come up with lots of other change of pace items.

As for the schedule. Yea, I like the bye but I'm surprised with the number of night games. Tough??? Who knows in April what a tough sched in the fall is going to be.
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy

                Re: Schedule Announced

I'm already pumped for the Turkey Day/night game.

Now there will be some serious tailgating going on. I'm sure fans will be coming up with all kinds of good stuff to throw on the grill or whatever they are cooking on. Plus a pretty decent 4 oclock game with Seattle and the Girls to watch while grillin and throwin some shoes.....Sounds like a very good day. Just as long as the weather cooperates.

Not to mention Arizona has to travel cross country on a very short week!!! Turkey Day at the Linc!! Gotta love it...

                  Re: Schedule Announced

Not to mention that the Turkey day game gives the Birds almost a bye week going up against the Vagiants on the 7th, and I think we have a "pretty" good bye week record.

                    Re: Schedule Announced

The T-Day game on the NFL Network sucks. I don't have that channel, and I won't be getting that channel. My brother has the NFL Channel. So, guess I'll have to make a weekend trip to visit my family in Rochester.
