I just saw a piece where a hunter shot a rare wild white turkey and they had a picture of him on the cover of some hunting magazine holding it in his big game hunter's pose. The Dems including the far left are calling for the guy's head. Laura Ingraham and one of her hired henchman were making fun of the author of the story and the far left Dems who agree with the author. They were so clever laughing up a storm with their hilarious turkey jokes. They could have made a great comedy team if they were talking to 3rd graders. Well guess what Laura, you are acting like a total jerk. Personally I've never even heard of a wild white turkey and I'm sure other people would enjoy seeing one too if they could ever even catch one. What a set of balls that guy must have to blow away a rare bird with his scattergun instead of just letting it just go on its way. You and your buddy Laura are complete assholes!!!
 
60 respectfully a large percentage of raised turkeys are white. The rare aspect here is that it was white in the wild.

I’m not going to defend Laura Ingraham because I think she sucks. And I’m also not going to support the NRA. The problem with gun law is like any other issue the folks at the ends don’t give an inch.

All that said, trying to ruin a guys life because he shot a turkey which is a legal act is wrong.
 
Usually I just irritate people with my post but here goes. I'm a hunter and gun owner so that might show where I fall. I am also a pet owner and a land owner so I see another side. Personally, I see owning a shotgun in ND and an AR with a bump stock in LA are two different things. Problem is the far side. You give a little here and they are back next year trying to get a little there and then again next year until they get the whole thing they wanted. So, the party tells them what to do and they follow blindly for the most part.
I also would say hunters on have to go on social media or tv or whatever gloating over what they have done do nothing but hurt themselves. But....too many people can't control themselves

The fact that it was a wild turkey and not a farmed one is what makes it so rare AW. I have no problems with hunters who enjoy the outdoors but not ones who do something as stupid as shooting a rare animal that should be protected anyway. I imagine that it is not protected is that fish and game people figure that nobody would be stupid enough to kill one and didn't think about it. I also think that telling jokes carrying on about killing anything is sick.
 
60 I agree on that statement. He should not have done it but he did and it wasn’t illegal so that’s that for me.
