Who to start at runningback

I am in the playoffs in 2 leagues with a dilema at runningback in both......please give advise.

League 1(Need to pick 2)

Julius Jones
Thomas Jones
Larry Johnson
Baylock


League 2(Need to pick 2)

Clinton Portis
Rueben Droughns
Kevin Jones

League 1: JJ is a must start. The other three are tossups but i 'd go with Thomas Jones.

League 2: Is your league a TD league or a yardage league? Expect portis to get some garbage yards late in the game and maybe a TD but the Philly D is tough. Droughns is a good start. I guess you should go with Portis as he prob was your #1 pick,
