Shoulda, woulda, coulda's. The bottom line is Andy Reid is not a very good coach or evaluater of talent. When was the last time they hit on a undrafted rookie free agent? Early in his tenure they did but they have not for quite some time. Wouldn't Victor Cruz look good on the Eagles now, how about Chase Blackburn, teaching school and he comes back week 4 is the starting middle linebacker and was better than any linebacker we had. I loved the way Brady and company attacked the Giants, forget the big play down the field, they took what they gave them and kept at it. If Welker doesn't drop that pass they are Super Bowl Champions

Bottom line to me is this, neither coach in this game was outcoached, they both had excellent game plans, in the end it came down to players making plays. Mario Manningham made the biggest play of the game, Wes Welker dropped what could have been the biggest play of the game. Eli Manning was money with the ball in his hands, so was Tom Brady.

Neither team to me talent wise is superior to the Eagles, better yes but not superior. But from a coaching standpoint, they are both superior and in the end they both have the better QB.

After watching that game, I came to realize that Belichick may have coached his best season. The Pats have a small WR and 2 TE's on offsense. They really have very little else. The Defense played well, but us really bad. The Pats backed into the SB and just could not keep up. The fumbles issue is almost one where speed made the difference. Losing Gronk hurt, but they simply were not all that good.

The Gnats played well enough to beat NE. Certain teamd have other's numbers. They have NE.

If you look at just about every statistic for the 2008 Eagles except the win-loss record, you'll think they went 12-4 or 13-3. They underachieved that year in the regular season but were a very good team.

That is why I think stats are mostly useless. You can put up impressive stats, and not be effective in competitive games. We have a tendency to win big, and lose small. Know what I mean? We crush inferior teams and pile up the numbers, and then go against a quality team and come apart. We put up terrific statistical numbers for years beating up on the NFC Least. Then got smacked in the mouth when it counted most.

Well, I started this thread cause I hate the Giants but as for the pity party, I'm not sure if you were expecting everyone to be really happy the Giants won because it means we're even better than the Super Bowl Champs!

We're the Uber-Super Bowl Champs this year!

This isn't pity. It is disgust.

Back in the 90s, Jukin went to one of those lame theme parties. (Come as an emotion.) So people were all dressed up in like red for rage, green for envy, blue for sad, etc.

Jukin shows up naked with his dick in a bowl of custard. The hostess is aghast and says "what in the world are you dressed as?" Jukin replied, "I'm fucking dis gusted!"

                        True story.

You forgot to mention that the hostess was a gorgeous 27 year woman who modeled lingerie and after seeing how committed I was to her party cleaned off my dick with her tongue. True story.
