  • Predict the 2014 Eagles picks Thread

Choose 3 players in each round that you think the Eagles will pick.

If they get picked in the round you had them in = 2 points
If they get picked in any round = 1 point

No trades, etc. Just three players for each round the Eagles have a pick in

    Round 1 (pick 22)
    Round 2 (pick 54)
    Round 3 (pick 86)
    Round 4 (pick 118 )
    Round 5 (pick 150)
    Round 7 (pick 214)

don't make any guesses for round 6

this is just for nerd fun and guessing bragging rights

You can put picks now and edit them up through Thursday by 8:00. No Edits after that

Hmm...I'd like to see Fuller in Rd 1, but I could live with any pick outside of QB or RB in Rd1.

You never know, Popper! Who would have ever guessed that we would be lucky enough to grab Danny Watkins or Brandon Graham???

Fuller and Lee seem to be moving up the boards, so someone has to move down

I'm just hoping we don't trade up

NFL Draft 2014: Ha Ha Clinton-Dix wants the Eagles to draft him

According to Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix wouldn't mind being a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. Just take a look at what the former Alabama safety and 2014 NFL draft prospect had to say.

Cool. Now, of course, this doesn't mean very much. There's no guarantee that Clinton-Dix will be on the board by the time the Eagles pick at No. 22. There's also no guarantee the Eagles feel the same way towards him. What we do know is that the Eagles, Chip Kelly included, attended Alabama's pro day and had a meeting with Clinton-Dix. So there is some kind of interest level there.
The Eagles already have Malcolm Jenkins in place as a starter but the other starting safety job seems to be up for grabs. Nate Allen and Earl Wolff are likely the contenders for that spot, but the Eagles could also opt to add another player from this draft class.
Eagles general manager Howie Roseman did state last week that he feels this year's safety class isn't very strong. This could mean he thinks there's better value in taking a safety early on because it's not a deep class. It could also mean he's not a very big fan of the position in general.
But hey, at least we know what Ha Ha wants!

Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
