Stop us if you've heard this one before ... Johnny Manziel hit the club last night with a bunch of hot chicks -- only this time, there were a couple fellow NFL players in the entourage ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Check out this pic of Johnny -- along with Eagles linebacker Bryan Braman and New England Patriots defensive tackle Joe Vellano -- inside Storyville speakeasy/nightclub in Boston.
Sources tell us Manziel and company were joined by a couple of "smokin' hot chicks" ... we're assuming it's the same gaggle of blondes Manziel was hanging with at Fenway Park earlier that night.
We're told the whole group ordered 3 liters of champagne and 2 bottles of vodka -- totaling around $2k ... and someone in the group (not Johnny) picked up the tab.
