  • (OT) Heart felt sympathy to our brother 60 and his wife.

They lost their very loved four legged little girl Grendel yesterday. Those of us that are dog lovers know how painful it is when one of these special family members dies. They give us so much and ask so little.

She was very precious to Mike and his wife. May they take some comfort in remembering the joy Grendel brought them and their friends.

    Thinking of you big guy.

Wow that stinks. Jan 1 will be the three year anniversary of me putting my dog Sophie down. She trained with me when I ran my half marathon in 2012. Sad sad day.

      Sorry 60 and Ms. 60
You know Darren if you'd have told me 10 years ago that someday I was going to solve the world's energy problems I'd have said your crazy.... now lets drop this big ball of oil out the window.

Mike, really sorry to hear. I know we just talked about Grendel and having to leave her soon. While not being a dog person (as you know we are cat people) I do understand how engrained our pets can become. Again so sorry.

So sorry to hear this 60. I have had dogs for most of my life and it is never easy to say goodbye to any of them. It is really the only bad part of bringing them into your family. But they sure are worth the pain we feel when we have to say goodbye. Thinking of you Big Guy!

Sorry to hear that Popper. Pets become our children at our age & it's tough to deal with. My best to you & Mrs Popper.
