Graham did go out on top, but his team still has one of the best records in the league despite themselves. If he returns, it's because he was asked. I saw him earlier this season say that he has no desire to return. He jumps right back into a system he knows, he still has ability and if and when he gets in game shape, he steps in seamlessly. Not a lot better options that don't require compensation. When you only have a couple sacks from your DE group at the 7 game mark, that's not good. Let's see if it works out, but BG is still an NFL talent at 37 (?) For a dozenish snaps a game, it's worth a conversation
My question was around BG and what unretirojg does for him. Makes sense for the Eagles to bring him in and see what he can do but for a 36yo with 15 yrs under his belt and two serious injuries last year, why? I get that it’s hard to leave the game and that he is a loyal guy who wants to help, but there is a lot of personal risk for him. Glad to have him, and of course he knows his body best, but I think he should have said yes to a story book ending.

Robert Earle Clarke's response: Can you imagine vodka without alcohol?

We may never have the kind of skilled players that we have now again as long as we live. Let's just keep going all in for the next several years and use whatever help we can get with the injuries that we do have now.
