Actually - this isn't completely accurate as the Westbrook extension isn't calculated in the #'s (Bryce still can't find the contract details). Anyway - this is why I doubt they they cut Reggie Brown. It will cost them $3MM more the get rid of him than keep him and they don't need the cap room.

I'm sure Jeff is thrilled with those numbers. As for me, unless he plans to send some of that unspent money to me I couldn't care less!! We can sign anyone we want but we'll still have $20-25 million left when the season starts.
