Does anyone have experience w/Spirit? I need to go to Detroit (no jokes please, although I hear some radio announcers in Minnesota are not big fans of Detroit). Spirit has fairly cheap direct flights. US Scare charges more for connecting flights. That said, don't know anything about Spirit and a quick google search revealed mixed responses. Thanks in advance, if anyone knows.

Oooh - if i weren't going to Detroit that would sound kind of intriguing, but I am afraid that being out in the open anywhere around Detroit is not a good idea.
