Calvin Johnson has hit his incentives and done the same in Detroit, with his cap number next season to hit just over 21 million. Tagging him will cost 25 mil.

I don't think so. Not because we don't want him but simply because Detroit aren't the sad sacks they used to be and everyone expects the Lions to sign him somehow. Lions fans will riot if they don't.

Concur 100% They would revolt even if they were offered a package of players and picks. I expect them to shed some other vets, and then re-do his deal.
