You clearly have the ability to sort through large quantities of pictures of hot woman and select outstanding examples of "encouragement".
Here's the challenge: you must reveiw every picture in the cheerleader thread and select the top 25 hottest women from the thread and create a poll -- no not a POLE, they do that themselves! - a P-O-L-L. As in pick the hottest woman in the thread type of poll. There is a limit on the number of options available in any single poll so you may have to create 2-3 threads. If you find you need to expand beyond the top 25, I'll allow that at your discretion.
Once the threads are created we will vote on the best of the best.
