We're looking for people that are fundamentally different,” vice president of player personnel Andy Weidl said Saturday night. “The love and passion for football, it's non-negotiable. They're caring, their character, they do the right thing persistently, and they have a relentless playing style that you can see on tape. The motor, it burns hot. You see them finishing plays. They have a team-first mentality. They're selfless individuals.

I hate the turkey day games with the short week.

At least both teams have a short week. The Eagles are 4 and 1 in T day games. Also this gives the birds the extra time before they play Seattle.

really tough schedule. I can't remember the last time we played Dallas on thanksgiving. I can't wait to wreck their holiday.

@SF in week 4. Nice road trip.

Lots of national games this year....two Monday, two Sunday, one thanksgiving Thurs, one NFL network, two 4:25 start Fox games. And who knows what flex games show up. Surprised they didn't try to highlight the skins with DJax more.
Wait until next year is a terrible philosophy
                Hope is not a strategy
                RIP

Wasn't the bounty bowl game in 89 on thanksgiving day?

Good long term memory but no short term anymore. I can't remember what happened yesterday but the 80s are crystal clear.

I tend to not put too much emphasis on schedule strength. That said, on paper, at first glance, that schedule looks brutal to me.

Seven 1 o'clock games EB, not too shabby. Plan Ahead!
Just give me ONE before I go!
